What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function properly and provide insights into how it is used.

Cookies We Use

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly Necessary: We remember your cookie choice so we don’t ask you again on every page. This is stored in your browser’s local storage under the name cookie-consent (not a cookie). It stays until you change your choice or clear your browser data. It is required for the website to respect your choice and cannot be switched off.
• Strictly Necessary: We set a cookie named cookie-config with the value "essential". It tells the candidate application form to use essential cookies only, so the form’s own tracking never runs (see "Third-Party Content" below). It expires after 1 year.
• Strictly Necessary: So that the browser’s Back button returns you to the same place on a page, we remember how far down each page you were, in your browser’s session storage under names beginning scroll-position: (not cookies). They are deleted when you close the browser tab.
• Analytics Cookies (only if you accept): We use Google Analytics 4 to collect information about how visitors use our website. This includes data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and interactions. This data may include browser type, device type, and general location (country-level); Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. This information is used to improve our website and services. Google Analytics is only loaded after you click “Accept analytics”. It sets these cookies:
  • _ga – distinguishes visitors; set for 2 years (some browsers shorten this to about 13 months)
  • _ga_H5VFM9SQCC – keeps track of your visit (session); set for 2 years (some browsers shorten this to about 13 months)

We do not use functional or marketing cookies.

Third-Party Content

• Candidate application form: The application form on our Candidates page is part of GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management (CRM) system we use through our agency, Onsync. It is shown inside our page, together with a small GoHighLevel script that sizes the form to fit the page and tells the form to use essential cookies only. That script stores an item named embedded_iframe_inline-qXsnlCHXxNCWvsH0yOGV in your browser’s local storage to display the form, and may remember details you enter so GoHighLevel forms can be pre-filled. When the form loads, it always:
  • sets Cloudflare __cf_bm cookies on Onsync’s and GoHighLevel’s domains to protect the form from bots (they expire after 30 minutes); and
  • contacts GoHighLevel’s servers to load the form and register that it was opened. As with any web request, this includes your IP address and browser details.
  These are needed to show the form and keep it secure, so they do not depend on your choice in our cookie banner. The form’s own advertising and tracking tools are always switched off on our website, whatever you choose in the banner. When we last tested it (11 October 2026), the form set no other cookies and kept nothing else in your browser’s storage. Please see GoHighLevel’s own policies.
• Booking a call: “Book a team planning call” opens Google Calendar’s booking page on Google’s own website. Google’s cookie and privacy policies apply there.

Managing Cookies

You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner when you first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or through your browser settings. If you withdraw your consent, we stop loading Google Analytics and remove its cookies from our website.

Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or technology.
